Reservation Deposit Policy:
To secure your event date and selected rental items, a Deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures that your equipment is reserved exclusively for you and is not double-booked or made available to others. Because our inventory is limited and dates fill up quickly—especially during peak seasons. This policy helps us guarantee fairness and reliable service to all our customers. Your deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

Refund & Weather Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be fully refunded as long as you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled event date.
In the event of rain or bad weather, you may reschedule your event at no extra charge. Once equipment has been delivered or set up, the reservation is considered final.
